Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Ashburton MenzShed Inc will be at 7 PM on Thu 26 June 2025 at the shed (8 William St, Ashburton) with a guest speaker and supper to follow.

Apologies will be accepted if unable to attend by email to secretary@ashburtonmenzshed.nz or phone 020 4157 2180.

All members must be financial members to vote at the AGM and no membership fees will be accepted on the night of the AGM.

Nominations for committee and officers need to be to the secretary before Tue 24 June 2025.

Committee Motions

The committee will be putting forward two motions for voting by members:

Inc Societies reregistration

That we adopt the proposed constitution and reregister as an incorporated society to meet the requirements of the 2022 Incorporated Societies Act.

Subscriptions

That we set the annual subscription (from 31/3/2026) to $45 (including GST) to include the $5 per member levy for MenzShed NZ
